Welcome To The Practice

Queens Road Partnership Local Care Navigator

Use the QRP local care navigator below to help you find services that you can self-refer into without requesting an appointment with your GP. Most services in the booklet are self-referrals except the Lewisham Hub Extra GP appointments. Lewisham CCG are aiming to ease the well-known crisis we have with GP appointments by offering extra appointments in Lewisham which can be booked via our reception team.

NHS England have noted that unfortunately many specialist teams throughout the country have not been providing timely follow up to our patients.

They have devised a checklist which they would like all patients to carry with them to their appointments.

General Practice -Surgeries under threat in England

After years of deliberate underfunding, your struggling GP surgeries are being forced into Primary Care Networks or PCNs with the offer of increased funding but with dangerous strings attached. GPs will have to sign a legally binding contract to be part of a PCN which will accelerate our move to American style HMOs (Health Maintenance Organisations)
